Project Experience
Hotel Grosvenor Square
We completed the full design and build of the electrical installation for a prestigious 5-star hotel. This included the implementation of advanced lighting control systems to enhance energy efficiency and ambiance, as well as feature lighting designed to highlight the hotel’s architectural and interior elements. Our work ensured a seamless integration of all electrical components, delivering a safe, reliable, and high-performance electrical system tailored to the luxury standards of the hotel.
Data Centres
While our business is newly established, our directors bring extensive experience from delivering data centre projects across the UK and Europe.
We have supported clients with a full range of services, including Electrical Installations, Commercial Management, and Quantity Surveying, across both new-build and live environments.
Our past involvement includes hyperscale and colocation facilities, where high standards of safety, precision, and efficiency were essential. Key projects include a 90MW data centre in Eemshaven, Netherlands, and a 14MW data centre in Slough, London. This experience forms the foundation of our new venture, ensuring we deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for the data centre sector.
Woolgate Project, London
Situated in central London, the Woolgate project was a significant refurbishment spearheaded by Stanhope. It preserved 98% of the original structure while delivering 345,000 sq ft of contemporary office space.
We successfully completed the electrical installation for a nine-floor Cat A fit-out (£1.25M, labour only), navigating challenges including dense floor layouts, intricate BMS integration, and stringent sustainability and safety requirements. Our team consistently ensured on-time, high-quality delivery in full compliance with specifications.
Infrastructure Upgrades
