DSK History

Founded in 2025 by seasoned industry professionals Adam Daley and Martin Sweeney, DSK brings together nearly 60 years of combined operational, technical, and commercial experience working alongside main contractors and Tier 1 subcontractors. Their shared vision was clear from the start: to set up a company rooted in quality, trust and integrity.

DSK is structured as two dedicated entities to better serve our clients across different regions. DSK Group UK is set up to undertake all UK-based projects, while DSK Group Ireland is established to lead our operations across Europe. This structure enables us to deliver region-specific expertise, comply with local regulations, and mobilise teams efficiently across borders.
